A saved website copy
A saved copy with restoration arrangements agreed in writing. The quote explains what is covered and how a restore would be handled.
Website support
A point of contact for questions and issues with the supported website. Working hours and response targets are agreed before the plan starts.
One small monthly edit
One text or image change taking up to 15 minutes — for example, changing opening hours or replacing a supplied photo. Unused time does not roll over.
What is separate?
New pages, redesigns, larger changes, copywriting, domain registration or renewals, business email, booking tools and other paid services. Extra work is quoted before it begins.
What happens before you sign up?
We confirm the hosting setup, restoration coverage, support hours, billing, cancellation and handover terms in writing. This is an optional service; your website can use other suitable hosting.
A straightforward first-year example
Basic: £199 build + 12 × £29 support = £547
If you choose 12 months of optional support. Domain costs and separately agreed extras are additional. This example does not set a minimum contract term.
Does £29/month include building the website?
No. Website builds are paid for separately: Basic £199, Standard from £299 and Pro from £499. The optional £29/month Hosting & Support plan starts after launch and covers the ongoing services listed above. For example, Basic plus 12 months of support totals £547, before domain costs or agreed extras.
Do I have to take the monthly plan?
No. Hosting & Support is optional. If you prefer your own hosting, tell me before we agree the build so we can confirm compatibility, setup and any separate charges. Your website still needs hosting somewhere to stay online.
What if I need more than the small monthly edit?
Tell me what you need and I’ll confirm the scope and a separate price before doing the additional work. The monthly allowance is one small text or image change taking up to 15 minutes, with no rollover.
Can I cancel or move my website?
The notice period, handover process and any platform or licence restrictions will be set out before you sign up. Any minimum term, notice period or exit charge will be clearly stated before you agree.
Who owns the website and domain?
The agreement will explain ownership, access, any third-party licences and transfer options. Your domain should be registered in your name or your business’s name. You’ll know any platform restrictions before committing.
